  1. Creative agency Acne crafted a great response for Ikea following Balenciaga making a $2,145 version of its 99-cent blue bag
  2. Some more great ad work this week by Samantha Jayne, a freelance director for MullenLowe. She’s produced some great ads of the current mood of twentysomethings, very insightful, amusing and accurate!
  3. Fast Company recently published an article on how titles like “SHE-EO” and momtrepreneur are meant to empower women but actually do more harm than good. I completely agree, we don’t need special titles just equality.
  4. One for your bookshelf: The Obstacle is the Way: The Ancient Art of Turning Adversity to Advantage by Ryan Holiday. One of those books you will read with a highlighter and take notes.
  5. Places to visit this week, The Ned. It’s truly spectacular, stunning and provides Londoners with something new and different!
